For a lot of office jobs, but for software developers in particular, the keyboard is the primary means by which you perform your tasks and get through the day. But other than raw typing speed, scant consideration is generally given to the benefits of a keyboard-centric workflow. In this presentation I will describe my journey from a Win3.1 using, mouse-dependent terrible student developer, to a mechanical keyboard typing, Vim using, "Arch BTW!" huffing, mid professional developer!

Keyboards, text editors, terminal multiplexers, desktop environments, tiling window managers, I'll (try to) cover them all! Your laptop isn't a Bop-It™, stop using it like one!
