Settlers of Catan! Enough said!
Ok a few more specifics.
I didn't see a Settlers of Catan group in Madison, so I decided to start one! This group is for anyone interested in Catan, any Catan veterans, anyone who relished being an Ore Tycoon and watching others grovel, or if you googled "settlers of Catan rage quit" and wanted to know more.
All skill levels welcome, because as any good Catan player knows, countless turns of strategy and planning can be demolished in one swoop by sheer blind luck.
We'll start with "regular/base" Catan but we can use other expansions as well, depending on how many people sign up and the interest.
Since I'm just getting started as a meetup organizer and completely know what I'm doing, meetings will be at the Memorial Union Terrace, either in the enclosed area facing the lake, or at the tables in the Rathskeller.
