Morning miles in the Arb

Thursday Arb runs happening weekly**! Meet at the Visitor Center parking lot at 5:55 am. We will run for about 60 minutes, pace based on how the crew feels and trail conditions (usually 9 -10 min/mile)! The more the merrier.

**On the fourth Thursday of each month, we meet at a traveling location instead of the Arb. Keep your eyes peeled to our Meetup page for the details!
