Morning miles at Lake Farm County Park [**Travel Thursday**]

While MTR normally meets at the Arb on Thursday mornings, one Thursday per month (usually the last) is a traveling location. For our February traveling event, we will head to the south side near Lake Waubesa at Lake Farm County Park.

We will meet at 6:00 am in the parking lot near "William G Lunney Lake Farm Park Shelter 2." It will be decently dark, with sunrise near the end of the run at 6:49am, so please bring a headlamp.

We will run for about 60 minutes total, with the pace around 9:00-9:30 min/mile.
