ABOUT
Karla Angel spent over a decade in the tech industry as a people and project manager before shifting her focus to helping professionals in the field show up as their best selves. For over eight years, she worked as a Leadership and Confidence Coach, guiding individuals to build self-belief, manage stress, and step into leadership roles.
Through both personal experience and working with hundreds of clients, Karla saw firsthand the power of the inner critic—and the essential role self-care and self-compassion play in counteracting it. Now, as a therapist, she is passionate about diving deep with clients, helping them cultivate confidence, and empowering them to advocate for themselves both at work and in their personal lives.
