THE SPEAKER

With 15 years of experience as a technical recruiter in the tech industry, Rachael Solorzano, Manager of Talent Acquisition at nvisia has built her career around a deep-rooted passion for people. At the heart of her work is the belief that our jobs shape every part of our lives and finding the right match between a person and a role can make all the difference. I’m driven by the human connection in recruiting: the one-on-one conversations, the stories shared, and the privilege of helping someone step into a new chapter of their career. For Rachael, recruiting is more than filling roles — it’s about reading between the lines of résumés, understanding team dynamics, and navigating the intersection of technology and people. She is driven by the belief that a well-matched role can transform not just careers, but lives.
