For the Monday night run, we're going to go at a nice, comfortable pace (est. 8:30-10:00 min pace) and try to keep the group together. The route will take us north along the Southwest Commuter path from Pacific Cycle to Camp Randall and back for around 6 miles, with turnaround options for a shorter run. Please note that by attending this run, you agree that you are in good health to run. By RSVP'ing Yes to this run, you also accept that you run at your own risk and you and you alone are responsible for anything that happens to you.
