Hike / Event full information π
This is a gorgeous hike that's out of the usual routes. We'll witness its green and lush beauty. Completely off the beaten path except the waterfall area. We'll be rewarded by a natural little gift, a small birch forest, tiny and secluded, that fortunately managed to stay away from human construction and highways, surviving among little creeks and many other tree species such as oaks, poplars, junipers, black firs, hollies, ashes, Douglas pine trees.β β β β β Hike info:
This Trail is NOT recommended for initial or basic Hikers.
TYPE: Loop
DURATION (with all breaks) 6 h approx including rest, photos, snack, lunch etc.
DISTANCE: 14 km.
DIFFICULTY: Medium Hard
maximum altitude 1400m.
Elavation: 420M
It doesn't have specially steep stretches, it runs in a gradual uphill/downhill, still you'll be walking a 420m incline on the way there and the same on the way downhill, but there will be some short uphills so come prepared to walk!. We will take the bus at 5 or 6 pm for coming back to madrid.β β β β β How to get there?:
By Bus: we are going by bus. meet us at intercambiador de plaza castilla ( underground bus station of plaza de Castilla) at 09:05 h. For departure at 09:20 h. Bus to Bustarviejo, Level or (Planta) -3. Bus Number 725 Dock 26. One way cost 5,10β¬ and you pay to the bus driver. The bus does not accept card payment. You have to bring change of β¬ 5 or β¬ 10.

Join us for a day filled with breathtaking views, invigorating trails, and the thrill of conquering one of the region's most iconic summits.This trail will immerse you in the natural beauty of Sierra de Guadarrama with panoramic Views that will leave you awe-inspired. Get ready for a memorable outdoor experience while exploring one of Madrid's hidden gems. As we gain altitude, the landscape changes, revealing stunning panoramic views of the surrounding mountains. Don't forget to bring your camera to capture these unforgettable moments. This hike is moderate to high difficulty, so be prepared for a fulfilling challenge. We'll maintain a steady pace, ensuring everyone can enjoy the Hike.β β β β β Information and Technical Sheet of the Hike:
Important: This Route is not Recommended for initial or Basic hikers. There are 30 min Slippery section (small rocks) while we will be coming back down hill.
we will start the hike at puerto de navacerrada ( Ski station ) after the coffee or the breakfast at the restaurant, and we will finish the hike at Navacerarda Town. The path is a mix of single track and wider trails. There are few steep and slippery sections.

New hiking Trail in Navacerrada. Weβre going to steadily hike up from Puerto de Navacerrada ( ski station) to navacerrada town. we will be passing by Mirador de las Canchas, Valle de la Barranca. Weβre going to follow one of the best sections of trail in Madrid, up to lunch at the jaw dropping views at the Mirador de las Canchas.β β β β β Information and Technical Sheet of the Hike:
This medium difficulty hike is 14km long with 490m of elevation change. Weβll takeβͺ 6 around β¬hours to walk it. one way Route. The path is a mix of single track and wider trails. There are few steep and slippery sections. Weβll begin the hike from Puerto de navacerrada and walk into the Valle de la Barranca by Senda Ortiz, one of the best trails in Madrid. we will be coming back to Madrid around 16:45 or 17:45 from navacerrada Town.

Hiking. Weβre going to steadily hike up from Navacerrada Pueblo into the vast, Valle de la Barranca. Weβre going to follow one of the best sections of trail in Madrid, up to lunch at the jaw dropping views at the Mirador de las Canchas.

This medium difficulty hike is 14km long with 450m of elevation change. Weβll takeβͺ 5 around β¬hours to walk it. The path is a mix of single track and wider trails. There are few steep and slippery sections. Weβll begin in Navacerrada and walk into the Valle de la Barranca. Then we'll start hiking the Senda Ortiz, one of the best trails in Madrid. Coming back to Madrid: 5 or 6pm.
