⛰️ Nueva ruta de senderismo: rocas, montaña, bosque y un largo río.
El Refugio Giner de los Ríos es un refugio guardado de montaña, situado en el corazón de La Pedriza, un área de gran interés geológico, paisajístico y deportivo dentro de la Sierra de Guadarrama (Madrid).
En esta ruta pasaremos por Canto Cochino (rodeado de altos pinos) y junto al Arroyo de la Majadilla.
La ida será con suaves subidas y bajadas, mientras que la vuelta será un poco más retadora e interesante, ya que atravesaremos tramos de rocas. Encontraremos algunas secciones empinadas y resbaladizas.
El camino combina senderos anchos y tramos más estrechos. Aproximadamente el 70% de la ruta discurre junto al río.

En autobús:

• Punto de encuentro: Intercambiador de Plaza de Castilla (nivel -3, dársena 26).
• Hora de encuentro: 09:30 h (salida 09:45 h).
• Autobús nº 724 hacia Manzanares el Real.
• Billete: 3 € (pago en efectivo al conductor, no se admite tarjeta).
• Con el abono joven el viaje es gratuito.

• Botas de senderismo/Deportes.
• Ropa cómoda + una jersey.

⛰️ New Hiking Trail. Rocks, Mountain, forest and Long river.
Refugio Giner de los Ríos is a guarded mountain refuge, located in the central area of La Pedriza, an area of great geological, scenic and sports interest in the Sierra de Guadarrama Madrid. At this Trail we will pass by canto cochino ( Covered by long pine trees ) and Arroyo de La Majadilla River. The going way is with little up and down but the coming back way will be a bit challenging and interesting because of the rocks on the Trail. There are steep and slippery sections. The path is a mix of wide trails and single track. Our 70% of the hike will be next to the River.

By Bus: we are going by bus. meet us at intercambiador de plaza castilla ( underground bus station of plaza de Castilla) at 09:30 h. For departure at 09:45 h. Nivel (Flor) -3. Bus to Manzanares el real, Bus Number 724 Dock 26. One way cost 3€ and you pay to the bus driver. If you have abono joven then the bus trip is Free. Private Cars: People by private car, must wait in front of (super market Dia) Situated next to our Bus stop in manzanares el real.

It is necessary to bring hiking/sports shoes, Comfy clothes with an extra layer in the backpack in case it gets colder. Sun Screen, Summer Cap, Your lunch and 1.5L water (minimum).
in case of Rain we are not going to cancel this event. please bring rainy jacket or a small umbrella.

The Charges are only 10€. Cash in hand at the end of hike. The Price (10€) includes only Hike guide, everyone must pay by own public transport charges, which are mention above. if you want insurance, It is possible to arrange a personalized accident insurance for only 5€ providing name, surname and ID/Passport Number.

4. All our events are accessible by Madrid Public Transport. We do not offer any type of Travel or Accident insurance.
