Hola amantes de la naturaleza y la belleza!

En esta ocasión, visitaremos Brihuega. No, no es la Provenza, es la ciudad de la Alcarria donde brilla la lavanda. Te traemos una experiencia única donde podrás ver la lavanda en floración y en su máximo esplendor con la luz del atardecer.

En esta excursión haremos una visita a los impresionantes campos de lavanda y la encantadora ciudad medieval de Brihuega, que aún conserva parte de su muralla del siglo XII y un precioso castillo. Brihuega tiene una famosa Real Fábrica de Paños, además de edificios civiles del siglo XVIII y su antigua cárcel, también podrás admirar algunos de sus otros monumentos históricos.

Al atardecer nos dirigiremos a los campos de lavanda para disfrutar de las vistas con los rayos del sol que harán resaltar la belleza y los colores de la conocida como Provenza Española donde admiraremos la naturaleza del lugar.

On this occasion, we will visit Brihuega. No, it's not Provence, it's the city of Alcarria where lavender shines. We bring you a unique experience where you can see the lavender in bloom and in its maximum splendor with the sunset light.

On this excursion we will visit the impressive lavender fields and the charming medieval city of Brihuega, which still preserves part of its 12th century wall and a beautiful castle. Brihuega has a famous Royal Cloth Factory, in addition to 18th century civil buildings and its old prison, you can also admire some of its other historical monuments.

At sunset we will go to the lavender fields to enjoy the views with the sun's rays that will highlight the beauty and colors of the known as Spanish Provence where we will admire the nature of the place.

Disfruta de una experiencia auténticamente española en pleno centro de Madrid con este taller de sangría fácil, social y divertido. Durante dos horas, aprenderás a preparar esta bebida icónica mientras compartes, degustas y haces nuevos amigos en un ambiente relajado y dinámico.

A lo largo de la actividad, un instructor te guiará paso a paso en la elaboración de 2 o 3 estilos diferentes de sangría, cada uno con su propia historia, perfil de sabor y estilo. Desde la clásica sangría roja hasta versiones más frescas y creativas con diferentes infusiones, descubrirás cómo equilibrar ingredientes, elegir las mejores combinaciones y darle tu toque personal a cada preparación.

La experiencia no estaría completa sin la gastronomía local. Durante el taller también disfrutarás de una degustación de quesos españoles, incluyendo auténtico queso manchego elaborado con leche de oveja, conocido por su característico sabor a frutos secos y mantecoso. Estos maridajes han sido seleccionados para complementar los sabores de cada sangría y ayudarte a apreciar cómo ingredientes simples pueden crear una armonía deliciosa.
Al finalizar, recibirás un PDF con todas las recetas para que puedas recrear la experiencia en casa.

El taller incluye todos los utensilios e ingredientes necesarios para preparar las sangrías y las tapas, así como el acompañamiento de un instructor durante toda la actividad. Además, hay opciones sin alcohol y veganas disponibles, para que todos puedan disfrutar de la experiencia.

Enjoy an authentically Spanish experience in the heart of Madrid with this easy, social and fun sangria workshop. For two hours, you will learn how to prepare this iconic drink while sharing, tasting and making new friends in a relaxed and dynamic atmosphere.

Throughout the activity, an instructor will guide you step by step in the elaboration of 2 or 3 different styles of sangria, each with its own story, flavor profile and style. From the classic red sangria to fresher and more creative versions with different infusions, you will discover how to balance ingredients, choose the best combinations and give your personal touch to each preparation.

The experience would not be complete without the local cuisine. During the workshop you will also enjoy a tasting of Spanish cheeses, including authentic Manchego cheese made with sheep's milk, known for its characteristic fruity and buttery flavor. These pairings have been selected to complement the flavors of each sangria and help you appreciate how simple ingredients can create a delicious harmony.

At the end, you will receive a PDF with all the recipes so that you can recreate the experience at home.
The workshop includes all the utensils and ingredients necessary to prepare the sangrias and tapas, as well as the accompaniment of an instructor throughout the activity. In addition, there are non-alcoholic and vegan options available, so that everyone can enjoy the experience.
