Visitamos la expo de Arte Urbano de los orígenes a Bansky y luego dibujamos por la zona.

El arte urbano se ha consolidado en las últimas décadas como uno de los lenguajes visuales más influyentes y reconocibles del arte contemporáneo. Desde las primeras firmas o tags en las calles de Filadelfia y Nueva York a finales de los años sesenta hasta su expansión internacional, ha alcanzado un reconocimiento global.

Esta exposición narra la evolución del arte urbano a través de más de sesenta obras originales de artistas fundamentales como Jean-Michel Basquiat, Keith Haring, SEEN, Blek le Rat, JR, Invader, Os Gêmeos o Banksy, entre otros, incluyendo artistas españoles como SUSO33, EL XUPET NEGRE o PichiAvo.

El recorrido se articula en cinco etapas históricas: desde las primeras prácticas de autoafirmación vinculadas al grafiti hasta la progresiva sofisticación de lenguajes, técnicas y discursos que lo han llevado a ocupar un lugar central en el marco del arte contemporáneo. A estas cinco secciones se suma un apartado monográfico dedicado al paradigmático Banksy, figura clave para comprender la dimensión mediática y simbólica del arte urbano en el siglo XXI.

No es necesario tener experiencia previa en dibujo; todos los niveles son bienvenidos. Siéntase libre de traer sus materiales artísticos preferidos, como bolígrafos o acuarelas. Para los principiantes, un cuaderno de bocetos, lápices, una goma de borrar y/o bolígrafos serán perfectos.

Después de dos horas de dibujo, sobre las 19:30, iremos a conectar y disfrutar de una bebida juntos en un bar cercano.

we visit the exhibition about Urban Art. From its Origins to Banksy

In recent decades, urban art has taken the stage as one of the most influential and recognisable visual languages in contemporary art. From the first signatures or tags on the streets of Philadelphia and New York in the late seventies to its international expansion, it has achieved global acknowledgement.

This exhibition narrates the evolution of urban art through over sixty original works by cornerstone artists such as Jean-Michel Basquiat, Keith Haring, SEEN, Blek le Rat, JR, Invader, Os Gêmeos, Banksy, and more, including Spanish artists SUSO33, EL XUPET NEGRE, and PichiAvo.

The tour is organised around five historical stages: from the first practises of self-affirmation related to graffiti to the progressive sophistication of languages, techniques, and discourses, that have led it to hold a central position in the world of contemporary art. Along with these five sections is a monograph devoted to the paradigmatic Banksy, a key figure in understanding the media and symbolic dimensions of urban art in the 21st century.

No prior drawing experience is necessary; all skill levels are welcome. Feel free to bring your preferred art materials, such as pens or watercolors. For beginners, a sketchbook, pencils, an eraser, and/or pens will be perfect.

After two hours drawing at around 20:00, we'll have an optional gathering nearby, where we can connect and enjoy a drink together in a relaxed atmosphere.
