Intro to Tarot at Jefferson Square Park

Ever wanted to know the outcome for that big decision your thinking of making - without having to go through with it first? Perhaps your seeking a closer connection to your spiritual guidance and your higher self. Or maybe you've just seen tarot in movies and are curious on what it's all about!

From 2-4pm we'll go over the basics of drawing and interpreting cards, what textual sources can be relied on, choosing a deck, and the history of tarot. The approach shared will not be straightforward divination but will lean into the spiritually transformative opportunities available through performing cartomancy. You will have an opportunity to read for others in the group using provided Ryder-Waite tarot decks. I will be available for supervision and feedback on readings.

From 4-5pm will be an energy healing share. Anyone who has energy healing skills or is interested in receiving energy healing is given space to practice and receive.

This circle is fluid - the goal is not exclusively formal instruction but a collective discussion and investigation using each person's intelligence to better understand and connect with these magical practices as a whole.🌞💚
