We will be meeting at the main entrance of the Greensboro Arboretum! Either right before you cross the bridge by the bathrooms, or the little patch with benches and the giant magnolia tree after you cross the bridge! Tuesdays @5PM.

Join us for the Triad Flow Jam and Yoga in the Park! (Led yoga IF we have a volunteer host) this is a do your own thing event ~so bring your friends, be kind, etc. We will not interject unless there is unkind or inappropriate behavior (for your safety.)
Bring your props (NOT fire) and leave ✨️no trace!
Bring some instruments, your acro groups, your yoga mat, your art, flow props, poi, hoops, whatever you're feeling that day**.**
