Mahjong Success is a Dubai community for people who want to learn Mahjong, improve their game and enjoy playing with others. Whether you are completely new to Mahjong or already know how to play, you are welcome here.

What can you expect?

Beginner training: Learn the tiles, suits, rules and flow of the game in a friendly, structured setting.
Further training: Build your skills through lessons on joker strategy, hand building, concealed hands and scoring.
Guided games: Practise with a trainer at the table, ask questions and gain confidence before joining independent games.
Social playdays: Meet other trained players for relaxed games at local venues.
Mahjong events: Enjoy themed socials and other opportunities to connect with the community.

We teach and play different Mahjong variants, including International Goulash, American Mahjong, Taiwanese Mahjong and Western Mahjong. Each event listing will tell you which variant and experience level it is suited to, so you can choose the right session for you.

New to Mahjong? Start with a beginner training session.
Our social playdays are for people who already know the rules of the variant being played, guided games can help you become comfortable at the table.
Mahjong Success provides the equipment for its organised sessions, so you do not need to own a Mahjong set to get started. Event listings will include the venue, timing, booking details and any applicable training fees, playday fees or venue minimum spend.
