WALK: The wonderful waterways of Oxford ! 🌿🌳🌸

🌸 Join us for a late summer walk around the beautiful waterways around Oxford.

Meeting outside the ticket office on the concourse of Paddington station at 10.15 to catch the 10.47 train to Oxford. It arrives in Oxford at 11.47am.

Organizers fee payable in cash/ contactless on the day £8


We will pass by Oxford Castle and then into the world famous Ashmolean Museum, then walk by the picturesque canal and riverside onto the ancient fields of Port Meadow - across the river to the historic 17th century thatched pub The Perch, where we have lunch. You might catch wild horses 🐎 and cows 🐮 grazing.

We will leisurely stroll back along the river Thames the station -

• visit to the wonderful Ashmoleon Museum ( free entry ) closes at 5pm

• Approx 5 mile circular walk
