MEMBERS ONLY: Fiber Arts Studio Orientation

This event is for Full MAKE Roanoke Members ONLY. You must have completed the registration and General Orientation Find out more about MAKE Roanoke Membership here.

This orientation will get you access to the yellow-level fiber arts tools, including our 4 domestic sewing machines. Please note that this is not a "teach you how to sew" class, but a "teach you how to use our sewing machines safely" orientation.

You MUST RSVP to attend as we can only train 5 people at a time.

Please note that MAKE Roanoke is an active workshop:

• All participants must have a signed waiver on file. If the participant is a minor, the wavier must be signed by a parent or court-appointed legal guardian.
• Closed toed shoes are required in the space at all times by everyone, regardless of age or participation in an event. No sandals, crocs, or bare feet.
• You may be asked to remove or tuck in dangling jewelry, lanyards, etc for safety.
• Depending on the activity, other dress code rules may apply.
