ML/AI Study Group: Hugging Face Chapter 1 (Part 1)

As agreed, we’re trialling a group learning approach – and this is our first session.

We’ll be working through Hugging Face’s “Introduction to Transformers for NLP” course together over the next few weeks.

This week we’ll start Chapter 1. It will be a gentle introduction and a chance to get familiar with the course setup, core ideas, and tools. Expect a relaxed, beginner-friendly session with space for questions, discussion, and (if time allows) some hands-on help.

- A laptop (Python + Jupyter if possible, but not required)
