Owners Summer get together (Hybrid meeting)

We’re planning a summer thank you event for all Makespace Owners, and we’d love your input. This event is being organised to bring together the many members who help keep the space running through their ownership of tools, equipment, and resources.
This planning meeting will cover:
- Finalising a date for the event (proposed for August on Laundress Green)
- Food and drink ideas
- Rain contingency plans (e.g. use of the Classroom)
- Outreach and invitations to the 50+ members across 20+ Owners Teams
- Any other activities or touches we’d like to include
- Eating Pizza
Whether you’d like to help shape the plan, take on a task, or just stay in the loop, feel free to come along. You don’t need to be an owner to join the planning session, just an inducted member who’d like to help say thank you.
This will be a hybrid meeting, so you can either attend in person in the Makespace Classroom, or via a meeting link, which will be shared with attendees.
