Classroom Owners' Meeting

This is a "Classroom owners' meeting" in the next couple of weeks. As we're all owners' groups with equipment or events in the classroom, it would be helpful to have a direct conversation about how the space is currently used and what we'd like to do with it in the future.
As the classroom is getting tighter and there's the potential of more equipment being added, we’ll need to be more intentional and conscientious about how the space is used. This is so that it continues to work for everyone, whether for machines, clubs, or events.
This meeting should help us:
- Understand each other’s needs and constraints
- Agree where there’s flexibility and where things are fixed
- Explore new additions without causing unintended problems for existing setups
- Have a shared view of how we’d like the classroom to evolve as more owners/events join the community
The aim isn’t to set rules, but to make sure we’re talking directly as “classroom residents” and not leaving decisions to chance.
This event is ONLY for Makespace members who are owners of classroom equipment, events, or clubs.
