Woodworking for Beginners: Carve a Bowl by Hand

We welcome anyone interested in trying woodworking with hand tools.

In this first session, we’ll carve a simple bowl from a wooden blank using hand tools.

We’ll start with a short intro to basic tool use and safety, then spend most of the session carving.

This is a good first project for getting comfortable with hand tools and learning how wood behaves while you work.
