Woodworking for Beginners: Make a Pot Stand by Hand

We welcome anyone interested in trying woodworking with hand tools.

There is a small £5 cash charge to cover materials.

Since I was still feeling a bit under the weather, I wasn't sure if I'd be able to teach this week, which is why this is being posted on short notice

In this session, we’ll make a small pot stand using only hand tools.

Along the way, you’ll learn how to mark out and cut a half-lab joint.

In this session, you will learn:

• How to mark and measure accurately
• How to use a hand saw
• How to use a chisel
• How to use a hand plane

No prior experience is needed, and you won’t need to bring any materials.
