About us
A Gathering for Healing, Awakening & Spiritual Exploration
This community brings together people who are drawn to healing, self-discovery, and the direct exploration of consciousness. Whether you're new to spirituality or have been on the path for years, you'll find a welcoming space to connect with like-minded people.
Events may include:
- Group energy healing sessions
- Non-dual teachings, satsangs, and darshans
- Meditation and presence-based gatherings
- Crystal and Psychic fairs
- Conscious community events and discussions
- Workshops focused on healing, awareness, and personal growth
Our intention is to create a space where people can experience greater peace, clarity, and connection while exploring a variety of authentic spiritual traditions and practices. Some events will emphasize direct realization through non-dual inquiry, while others will focus on energy healing, intuitive development, or holistic well-being.
More about me: I’m an energy healer combining my unique healing gifts, decades of developing my intuitive abilities, extensive study of spirituality and energy healing, and my background in psychology. In my spiritual practice, I work as a channel for what I understand to be Divine Light, Divine Energy, and Divine Consciousness. During sessions, participants are invited to relax, receive, and explore their own experience in a supportive environment. Each person's experience is unique and personal.
If you'd like to learn more about my background and approach, please visit my website, where you'll also find testimonials from participants who have chosen to share their experiences.

Buddhist psychology offers clinicians a coherent framework for understanding what drives addictive behavior and what supports recovery. The Four Noble Truths illuminate how craving functions in the addictive cycle — and how mindfulness practice builds the capacity to recognize that cycle before acting on it. Practitioners working in addiction recovery settings will gain a working knowledge of these frameworks and their clinical relevance. The program also introduces heart-based practices — lovingkindness meditation and mindfulness approaches to working with difficult emotions — that clinicians can draw on to support clients’ emotional stability in recovery.
Learning Objectives for participating health care professionals-
At the end of the program, participants will be better able to- Explain to clients or patients how the Four Noble Truths offer a framework for understanding addictive suffering — including the nature of craving, its role in maintaining addictive behavior, and the possibility of freedom from it.
- Describe how mindfulness meditation supports recovery by helping clients recognize and tolerate difficult internal states without acting on them.
- Identify specific heart-based practices — including lovingkindness meditation and working with difficult emotions such as anger, fear, and grief — that can support emotional stability in clients engaged in recovery.
