Join Aunt Linda, Nora, and special guest host Dakota to serve up the hot Goss on one of our fave witchy bands of all time on Tuesday March 10 at 7:30pm.

Malliway Bros Code of Conduct and Etiquette are to be followed at all events, but with Communication and Reciprocity within a book club, there is always the most important, Golden Rule, as we are a community!

Please arrive on time, stay on topic, and come prepared to listen and participate in respectful dialogue and conversation.

All are welcome to come and participate, even if you weren't able to finish the entire book.

Please RSVP in the meetup and bring a snack or beverage to share potluck style if you are able.

The Witches Literari Book club is an intoxicant free environment. Please do not bring or consume alcohol. If you appear to be intoxicated from any substances at a gathering, you will be asked to leave the gathering.

Welcome to our April evening of open crafting and community building at Malliway Bros!

Crafting Circle is now a paid/ticketed event: $10 per person, and we are capping the event at 10 spots.

Why are we charging a $10 fee? Because we rent the space from Blake and Wycke- they are a business and we have opted to support them financially for our craft circle meetups once a month. We are very blessed to be able to have these gatherings in our favorite place 🖤

The crafting circle will begin at 8pm. Please do not arrive any earlier than 7:50pm for this event to allow Malliway Bros shopping hours to not be affected by early gathering.

We know that people love to arrive early to get a good seat, however, there is also a tarot reader in the parlor space so it will not become available to sit until 8pm

We will roll out tables and chairs for all of the attendees to have space to craft starting at 8pm

You must have a paid ticket in advance to be admitted.

If the event is full, join the waitlist, and stay tuned should a ticket become available.

We will connect and collectively craft on any individual projects that we are working on.

Coloring, sewing, knitting, stitching, weaving, spell casting, gluing, what have you!

We ask that you come with the purpose of crafting in a community.

Your crafting circle is hosted every month by Malliway community members; Nora, and Aunt Linda.

As the modern witchcraft revival took off in the fifties, it was assumed that witchcraft was an initiatory practice. Even proponents of so-called “traditional witchcraft” like Robert Cochrane emphasized its importance.

As the Craft became more mainstream, the concept of self-initiation took off. But is such a thing possible? And if it isn’t, does it really matter?

In this class, we’ll explore what it means to be initiated. We’ll dispel popular myths and misconceptions, discuss the pros and cons of initiation, explore different types of initiation, and reflect on our own initiatory experiences (magical or otherwise).

We’ll wrap up with a brief exercise in connecting with the first witch and the spirit of witchcraft, and finally with resources for seekers + Q&A, if you feel inspired to take the next step.

While I am a Gardnerian high priest, this class is not tradition-specific, nor is it an outer court or an entryway into initiatory witchcraft. The class is for informational purposes only.
