I have through deep learning in the field of eyesight gained knowledge about how our eyes work internally and how one can improve ones vision, through practical yet focused and specific eyesight exercises.

In this event we will first go through the basics of the eyesight functions to later talk about very useful exercises which you can use to gradually improve eyesight. The event is open to everyone and not only for people with specific medical condition.
Its also completely free of charge.

You will take home very detailed exercises that can help you make your eyesight better, more comfortable to use and notice all the important signs of correct use of the eyes which will ensure sharp and joyfully eyesight experience. It starts from proper relaxation that we forgot subconsciously how to do through our long commitments we have that falls on the eyes.

Let's gather in the evening to take a short break from work, studies and other activities. Come and join for a coffee and to have a relaxed moment, meet new people and make new connections.

Join us for a relaxed Talk & Walk through Malmö, starting at Stortorget, walking through Slottsparken and Kungsparken, and finishing by the sea in Västra Hamnen.

We’ll walk at an easy pace and enjoy open, informal conversations—no agenda, no presentations. Topics may include work, life in Malmö, personal growth, tech/AI, or whatever comes up naturally.

After the walk, those who’d like can stay for a coffee by the sea ☕🌊
