โMamadou Diop and his award winning MAMADOU BAND brings MAMADOU friends and fans together at live performance venues. Led by Senegalese native Mamadou Diop, MAMADOU is an eclectic group of musicians who have truly formed a guitar and drum led sound that is all their own (enough to win a Boston Music Award as well as be nominated 4 times). The music they produce is made for dance, and drumming and percussion are integrated into their live shows, getting the audience to move their feet to the beat! The best way to appreciate MAMADOU is to experience their performance LIVE. With lyrics sung in several languages, the positive messages of the ensemble are conveyed through the universal language of music.
