What we’re about

Mamaya Health: BIPOC Moms Support Circle

This is a virtual support group for Black, Indigenous, and moms of color seeking connection, community, and healing. Led by fellow BIPOC moms, this group is a space to show up as your full self—whether you're navigating new motherhood, raising teens, or somewhere in between.

We meet once a month for one hour to share stories, talk about the real experiences of parenting while BIPOC, and support one another through the highs and lows. No pressure to have it all figured out—just a space to be seen, heard, and understood.

Topics may include:
• The mental load of motherhood
• Navigating identity and culture in parenting
• Creating boundaries and finding balance
• Honoring joy, strength, and generational resilience

If you’ve ever longed for a village that truly gets you—this is it. You are welcome here. 💛
