ManageOps is back after an incredible first event.

This event aimed at people working in tech leadership, whether as an Engineering Manager, technical lead or any other role involving leadership, development and support of others.

Learning from our last event we will have an informal talk by a technical leader in our community with space for Q&A and discussion afterwards.

This month we have Dan Beglin from GriffithsWaite giving a talk called "Drive - What weve learnt about developer motivation"

Also, after feedback from the last event, we'll have more space with a roundtable chat about a hot topic of the month – help us decide what this should be on the night.

So do you need guidance on hiring strategies, managing 1:1s, implementing complex policies like on-call or other leadership challenges? Would you like to hear from your peers in the West Midlands about how their organisations are responding to the remote/in-office debate? Let us know.
