Spring is in the air. The days are getting longer. This month we will have a talk from Marcin Zelewski called "The Three Cups Game".

**Marcin is an experienced Senior Software Developer with passion for quality, efficiency and performance. His talk will aim to provide a practical guide on how to effectively prioritize and balance three key types of tasks in software development: *new features, bug fixes and technical debt. ***

We will also have our round table (so come prepared with questions to ask) with food and drink. It's always a great night, where everyone goes away with some nugget to think about or implement.

This event is aimed at people working in tech leadership, whether as an Engineering Manager, technical lead or any other role involving leadership, development and support of others. We'll have a talk from a community tech leader, with space for Q&A and discussion afterwards.After the main speaker, we'll have more space with a roundtable chat about a hot topic of the month – help us decide what this should be on the night.
