ManageOps - 7th May 2024

We are meeting again at the begining of May. This month we will have a talk from Paul Dragoonis.

**Paul will be sharing tips from his first-hand experience at running, scaling, and optimising tech companies. He has taken the last 12 months of ManageOps' popular questions and topics and turned this into a tailored talk, for the ManageOps community***

We will also have our round table (so come prepared with questions to ask) with food and drink. It's always a great night, where everyone goes away with some nugget to think about or implement.

This event is aimed at people working in tech leadership, whether as an Engineering Manager, technical lead or any other role involving leadership, development and support of others. We'll have a talk from a community tech leader, with space for Q&A and discussion afterwards.After the main speaker, we'll have more space with a roundtable chat about a hot topic of the month – help us decide what this should be on the night.
