Its the Round Table Special!

This month we are going to be having a whole evening of Round Table discussion. Come prepared with a question you or a situation you'd like some input on it. It's a great opportunity for peer-to-peer coaching.

We're also going to give a space for anyone to bring a story of where they implement something that they learnt at ManageOps. We have such great input and conversations that it would be great to provide a feedback loop for people to hear others have implemented.

As always we will have food and drink. It's always a great night, where everyone goes away with some nugget to think about or implement.

This event is aimed at people working in tech leadership, whether as an Engineering Manager, technical lead or any other role involving leadership, development and support of others. We'll have a talk from a community tech leader, with space for Q&A and discussion afterwards.After the main speaker, we'll have more space with a roundtable chat about a hot topic of the month – help us decide what this should be on the night.
