Well, Manchester's digitalThursday networking event is here!
Started in 2011 and running for five years (mediaThursday as it was then) brought together 50-60 people a month (and we're already back to 70 members).
After Covid and all that, I decided it was time we had more face-to-face time in Manchester to talk digital, creative and media and build on the brilliant technology and startup scene in Manchester.

We're building a group that supports each other, attends events, creates connections with other tech hotspots, shares best practice and lobbies for better places to 'do digital' in Manchester. We'll be hearing from investors, founders, successful businesses and support services and creating a safe hub for digital nomads in Manchester.
We're looking for great co-hosts and speakers; entrepreneurs, startups and those disrupters pushing the tech and digital boundaries.

For the second event of our autumn events series, we will be kindly hosted by Sedulo on Deansgate...
As always, the event will again be focused very much on startups and, as such, we'll be asking founders, startups, entrepreneurs and digital disrupters to talk.
However, this is the prefect event for agency and startup owners, designers, developers, marketers and project / product managers.
As with the last event, there will be a mix of:- lightning talks
- 60 second standups
- a 'Founder's Circle' for AV presentations / pitches
- a quiet area for deeper chats
- networking and introductions
If you want a slot for a lightning talk, 60 second standup or an introduction, just DM me and I'll arrange that. We are also now offering you the ability to dial in via video to present to the group.
This is so we can start to connect the locations, London is now up and running, and we're in the process of finding a US group to partner up with!
More details about speakers soon, but we want very much to hear your voices!There will be free pizza and drinks and an 'after party' close by for those that can make it.
