LGBT Foundation LIFE ADMIN Group is here to help!

What Is It?
A supportive, drop-in session designed to help people tackle practical life tasks they've been avoiding or finding difficult. Whether it's filling out forms, accessing tech, or just needing a calm space to focus — you're welcome to do it here!

Key Details:

• When: Every Wednesday, 12:00pm – 2:00pm
• Where: The LGBT Foundation, 72 Sackville Street
• Format: Optional drop-in — come when you can and bring friends.

What to Expect
A friendly environment where you can:

• Work alongside others
• Get one-to-one support with tasks
• Access office resources and technology
• Receive help from staff if you're stuck
• they've been avoiding or need help understanding
