We’re back!

Join us for our fourth social and first one of 2026!

We’ll be exploring Ancoats as the light sets over the unique streets and industrial architecture.

As usual — this meet up is for everybody interested in photography, whether it’s your first time exploring or you just fancy being around likeminded people with a shared interest.

Please be aware this is NOT a class/teaching event

We’ll meet at 16:45, the sun is scheduled to set by 17:45. After the sun has set, for those that want to we will head to a nearby pub or cafe for some further socialising — but you’re more than welcome to leave at this point if you prefer.

📍Cutting Room Square, by the bicycle racks near Rudy’s

⏰ 16:45 meeting time, setting off around 16:55

🚃 Nearest Tram Stop: New Islington

♿️ Most of Ancoats is easily accessed via step free routes including the Marina. There’s no official route planned therefore we can adapt our route to attendees needs on the day, however please feel free to message us in advance if you have any questions or needs you’d like to make us aware of prior to the day
