At Try Tag Rugby, we make exercise easy, fun, and the social highlight of your week. Whether you’re brand new to rugby or haven’t played sport in a while – no problem, you’ll fit right in. You don’t need any experience – just come along for a fun, social way to stay active, meet new people, and enjoy the good vibes.

We run mixed (all genders) social Tag Rugby Leagues, Events, and Taster Sessions in Manchester throughout the year. It’s all about having fun, making friends, and enjoying a run around – followed by a drink and a chat at our partner pub (yes, every week!).

Why not come along and give it a go at one of our Free Taster Sessions? There’s no pressure – it’s just a bit of fun, and we’ll talk you through everything. If you can’t make a taster, no worries – you can sign up for a league or event, and we’ll show you how to play before your first game. It’s easy to pick up, and you’ll be part of the group in no time.
