WEBINAR: Art Night In: Dot Pattern Art

Get ready to unleash your creativity and dive into the world of dot pattern art - no experience needed, just bring your imagination!

In this class, we'll take inspiration from intricate traditional beadwork and paint with acrylics using small, controlled motions and layering colors just like you would with beads. Through simple steps, you’ll experiment with color, shape, and repetition to create a beautiful artwork that feels both fresh and familiar. This is a perfect opportunity to break out of your usual routine and let your imagination lead the way. No experience needed - just an open mind and a willingness to try something new!
To enjoy hands-on participation of this program, please try to have the following list of materials available. If you do not have access to the materials, you are still welcome to follow along and enjoy.

Materials:

• Acrylic paint (Red, Orange, Yellow, Green, Blue, Light Blue, Purple)
• Paintbrush (we will actually be using the end of the handle to paint. Use a brush like 3/4" or 1")
• Watercolour paper (10”x7”)
• Pencil
• Paper towel
• Something to use as a paint tray (paper plate etc)
