A social group for LGBTQ+ in the Greater Manchester, New Hampshire, area.
New Hampshire does not yet have a clear Queer community vibrantly represented. But we are definitely here! This group will be a great opportunity to network and meet the local Queer community right here in Manchester.
We reclaim "Queer" as a Respectful Term associated with those who are considered to be Divergent from the "Normal" Hetero- Cis-Gendered Community.
Our goal is to uplift, provide representation and inspire everyone in our local community to be comfortable with All Identities. We want everyone in our local Queer community to be successful, to be comfortable here in Manchester, and most of all to live Life!
Our community is only what YOU make it! Please come out and say hi 😊 This group is welcoming, supportive and inspiring - not clicky. If you are nervous or have any questions, please reach out to a member of the Organizer Team in advance! The activities we / our Hosts are planning are things like coffee shop hangouts, brunch, dinner, winery visits (although we support sober lifestyles too!) museum trips, hikes, park picnics, bake-offs and seasonal/holiday potlucks & BBQs.
Again, the community is what you make it! Let’s make Manchester, NH a place where anybody with any identity can be comfortable, happy, supported and uplifted!
