A Mediterranean-inspired menu @ Bowery Bungalow

Details
From Bowery Bungalow's website: "Open since 2014 in the artistic Silver Lake neighborhood, Bowery Bungalow enhanced Los Angeles' culinary landscape with distinctive Mediterranean cuisine. A decade later, founder George Abou-Daoud brings the restaurant to his hometown of New York. The menu is based on the rich traditional flavors of the Mediterranean, utilizing centuries-old flavors and techniques. It pays homage to regions from the Middle East, North Africa, Anatolia and the Mediterranean—including the Levant, Phoenicia, Assyria, Babylonia, Egypt, Mesopotamia and more." Eater New York's picks include "...tahini toast, smoked hen-of-the-woods mushrooms, ful, lamb kofta and cast-iron Mideast chicken." The complete menu appears here: https://www.bowerybungalow.com/menu.
