This introductory mindfulness session offers a clear, grounded entry point into what mindfulness actually is and how it works. We’ll explore the basic theory behind mindfulness, the science-backed benefits for mental clarity, emotional regulation, and stress reduction, and how these principles show up in everyday life.

The session includes guided, experiential practice so participants can feel mindfulness for themselves, not just understand it conceptually. It’s designed to be accessible and practical, making it ideal for complete beginners as well as anyone looking for a thoughtful refresher or a chance to reconnect with the fundamentals.
