This Meetup will be fun and highly interactive, including hands-on activities, class materials, and references.

You will learn to craft true, first-person, contemporary stories to share in written form or to perform live for an audience. You will mine your life for juicy stories, discover the details that matter, and structure and shape
your stories for stage or page,

***Our Teacher - Ivy Eisenberg***
Ivy Eisenberg (www.ivyeisenberg.com) is an award-winning Moth
StorySLAM winning storyteller, humor writer, and comedian who performs
regularly throughout the tristate area. She co-produced a local monthly
storytelling/pie-bake-off series called Pros(e) of Pie, and she co-founded
Storyboom, a White Plains, New York based show featuring local amateurs
and professional storytellers. Ivy taught special studies at the Chautauqua
Institution to rave reviews. Ivy has also taught storytelling at non-profit
institutions, for corporate and educational settings, for staff development
programs, and in public workshops. Ivy does private one-on-one story
coaching. By day, Ivy is an information technology consultant
