Our presenter: Hello Everyone,
My name is Cody Matherne, and I am a personal trainer. I have been training clients since 2015 and have enjoyed fitness my entire life. I grew up in New Orleans and graduated from LSU. In 2023, I moved to New York and pursued an Associate's Degree in Exercise Science, later earning my Master’s degree in Education from Manhattanville College. Currently, I work as a Physical Education Teacher and Personal Trainer. I am a full-time dad of 2 boys and husband. I am certified through the NSCA with my CSCS certification, and I work with clients ranging from 30 to 70 years old. My goal is to empower real people to feel energetic, confident, and capable of moving at any age. When I was first introduced to Chapman’s Points, I was truly amazed and I cannot wait to share this secret activation technique with you. It’s as easy as brushing your teeth, but can make some of the biggest impacts when it comes to your health.
