Map Meetup Belgrade #2 - "Analyzing your first Wardley Maps"

It's already time for our 2nd meetup!

Now we shall start looking at our first Wardley Maps! We'll be analyzing three maps, determining their components evolution state, where is their visibility relative to the user and where should we invest and why.

We shall look at:

1. Two Wardley Maps analyzing two current markets, with user needs
2. One Wardley map from the audience, analyzing the state of a company / market of your choice

Afterwards, if we have time, we shall analyze the climactic patterns for each of the components, along with doctrine and then offer some strategic plays.
