Rich is a professional real estate investor based in the Baltimore-metro area and is a managing partner at Montoni Properties LLC. He started investing in real estate in 2013 after purchasing his first townhouse which later became his first rental property.
After deciding to further pursue his passion for real estate investing, Rich formed Montoni Properties LLC in 2019. Montoni Properties LLC is focused on providing quality housing to individuals, families, and corporations while cultivating strong, positive relationships.
Purchasing both on- and off-market deals, he has refined several different investment strategies including flix and flip, buy and hold, value-add, and renovate to rent. Rich currently owns and manages 15 units in Baltimore and has completed over 10 full renovations since 2019. Prior to becoming a full-time, professional real estate investor, Rich spent 10 years in Financial Services working for a Global Asset Manager.
Rich was born and raised in Baltimore County, where he currently resides with his wife and two Bernese Mountain Dogs. He earned a Bachelor of Business Administration from Roanoke College. During his free time, he can usually be found restoring and building road race cars or on the ski slopes.
