The Murph: At 9 AM on Memorial Day, we will take on the popular workout, The Murph. We typically host between 20-30 people from all walks of life for The Murph: 1 mile run, 100 pull-ups, 200 push ups, 300 squats, 1 mile run. We modify for those that need, and help everyone get to the finish line. It’s tough, but that’s the point. Hope to see you there!
