Tai Chi - 108

Join us as we practice the Tai Chi 108 Form.

We meet Wednesday mornings at 8:30.

First we warm up with various Tai Chi exercises and then move on to the 108 Form.

Typically on days that are rainy or cold we meet inside Crabtree Valley Shopping Center, near Macy's. If the weather is pleasant we meet outdoors at the NC Museum of Art.
