Bruce's art of Jeet Kune Do (JKD) emphasizes simplicity and directness.
Jeet Kune Do means "the way of the intercepting fist). The goal is to intercept and stop your opponent's attack with your own attack, as opposed to passively blocking an attack and then responding.
East Cloud Kungfu hosts a Jeet Kune Do practice group on Tuesdays and Saturdays.
On Tuesdays, following Wing Chun from 6:30 - 7:30 PM, we have JKD practice from 7:30 - 8:00.
On Saturdays, after a 11:00 - 12:00 Wing Chun class, we train in JKD from 12:00 - 12:30.
