We practice Bruce Lee's martial art "Jeet Kune Do" (JKD) on Tuesday's at 7:30 PM (after a 6:30 PM Wing Chun class) and also on Saturdays at 12:00 PM (following a 11:00 AM Wing Chun class).

Bruce's art is one of simplicity and directness.

Jeet Kune Do means "the way of the intercepting fist). The goal is to intercept and stop your opponent's attack with your own attack, as opposed to passively blocking an attack and then responding.
