What we’re about
We are a diverse and welcoming community focused on holistic health and personal growth through martial arts training, meditation, and Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) practices. We meet in-person and online for book readings, general discussions, guest speaker seminars, and related demonstrations that touch on everything from martial arts, meditation, Qi Gong, to Traditional Chinese Medicine concepts and practical holistic health practices. We are grateful to enjoy our in-person events hosted by Seattle Asian Medicine and Martial Arts (www.sam-ma.com) in Lake City, Seattle.
All are welcome! We look forward to meeting you!
