Welcome Midlife Women!
We are a group of Amazing Supportive Midlife Women who empower each other to make Midlife (and beyond) the most fulfilling chapter of our lives.
Your Midlife Can Be Marvelous!
In our interactive, in-person, online, and hybrid Play Shops (a meeting that’s just more fun), we laugh, support our successes and challenges, sort out the messy midlife stuff and discover a fresh approach to midlife. Join us in person or on one of our live streams!
If you feel like midlife is the beginning of the end, and you’re sure a giant boulder is strapped to your back, keeping you from doing things like you used to.
You may be:
- struggling with zapped energy
- an achy body
- feeling overwhelmed
- and you’ve lost your enthusiasm for life

- Acupressure
- Energy Medicine to get in alignment with the earth
- Easy, Gentle Yoga postures
All designed to help you feel grounded, safe, centered, and present in your body.
This practice will give you:
- Ability to self-regulate and find a sense of physical, emotional, and psychological safety, as well as presence and balance.
- Empowering techniques to discover inner healing, personal power, and gifts for ultimate health, happiness, contentment, and peace with life.
No previous yoga experience is required.
Required materials: Yoga Mat
Optional - Yoga Blocks, Bolster, Eye Pillow, BlanketCan't wait to see you on Zoom!
