Jacki Channer
With over 40 years in Financing and Real Estate, Jacki knows the ins and outs of making money work for you. Growing up in a family of contractors and investors, she learned early on that success isn’t just about hard work—it’s about knowing the rules of money and using them to your advantage. A seasoned real estate investor, Jacki has been flipping properties since the ‘90s, so she understands firsthand the challenges (and wins!) that comes with being in the trenches. Her company Mazeal inc. specializes in Commercial, Residential, business purpose loans, benefits and business lines of credit, in all 50 states. She has a product called “Better than Hard Money” which can be used for any purpose, even flipping houses. Being with Presidential Bank, allows her to have access to grant money and down payment assistance for her clients. Mazeal also has a great Estate Planning Package that is educational and economical for her clients. Helping her clients portfolio grow, assisting them with great benefits, and teaching them to protect it, is why she loves this business and wouldn’t do anything else!

Denisha Salliey
Denisha is a real estate investor who is focused on wholesaling, fix and flip and building her real estate business. In addition to investing in real estate, Denisha specializes in helping investors and homeowners with their interior design needs. As a team leader and member of Rehabber Pro, she coaches students on deal finding and analyzing techniques. As the owner of Home Couture Designs, Denisha Salliey assists investors with layout, design and creating plans to obtain permits for their renovation projects. She collaborates with investors to create 3D renderings, then stage their properties to get them sold expeditiously. Come get the inside scoop on what you need to know to get your drawings approved by the state and your properties sold faster.This is an excellent opportunity for you to get all your initial planning, design and staging questions answered.

Mary Jo Whelan has more than 16 years of successfully operating a property management company with tenant placement and contracting in Baltimore, Maryland. As a seasoned business owner and investor with fix and flip, buy and hold, and a multitude of other investor experience, MaryJo will be ready to answer questions related to “All Things New” in property management and landlording.
