You don´t need prior massage experience or equipment in order to learn how to implement these techniques at home. Just bring yourself and your partner <3

Make sure to wear comfortable, loose clothing that allows you to massage the neck and shoulder area (Tanktops/ spaghetti top would be ideal).

We ask participants to contribute 15€/duo in cash to help cover costs.
